Terms of Service
Effective date: July 15, 2026 · Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you — whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") — and Techies365 LLC, doing business as Twins Proxy ("Twins Proxy", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in the United States at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, concerning your access to and use of the twinsproxy.com website, dashboard, APIs, node agent, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you must not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.
Supplemental terms or documents posted on the Service from time to time (including the Privacy Policy) are incorporated by reference. We may modify these Terms at any time; we will update the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
The Service is not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA or FISMA; if your use would be subject to such laws, you may not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
2. The Service
Twins Proxy maps domains you own or control to landing-page origins you configure. This includes DNS validation and (where authorized) DNS automation, issuance and renewal of TLS certificates through publicly trusted certificate authorities, HTTPS traffic proxying from your masked domains to your origins, usage metering, and — on eligible plans — serving traffic from servers you operate yourself ("Bring Your Own Node"). You keep full ownership of your domains, your content, and your DNS provider accounts.
3. User representations
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete, and you will keep it that way; (2) you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms; (3) every domain you add to the Service is owned or controlled by you, or you are expressly authorized by its owner to manage it; (4) you will not access the Service through automated means except via the documented API with your own API keys; (5) you will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (6) your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation, in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdictions where your visitors are located.
If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse current or future use of the Service.
4. Your account and security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password, API keys, and node credentials, and for all activity that occurs under them. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication or a passkey. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account. Accounts are for humans; creating accounts by automated means or under false pretenses is prohibited.
5. Acceptable use and prohibited activities
You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. In particular, you agree not to:
— Add or serve any domain you do not own or are not authorized to manage.
— Use the Service for phishing, credential harvesting, malware or spyware distribution, botnet
command-and-control, or deceptive impersonation of any person, brand, or organization.
— Use masked domains as landing infrastructure for unsolicited bulk email or messaging in
violation of anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and the GDPR/e-Privacy rules).
— Host, serve, link to, or route traffic to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content
that sexually exploits or endangers minors. We terminate such accounts immediately and report
them to the relevant authorities.
— Host, serve, link to, or route traffic to pornography or other sexually explicit content of
any kind.
— Use the Service to sell, promote, distribute, or facilitate illegal drugs or controlled
substances; weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives; counterfeit goods; stolen data or
credentials; or any other goods, services, or activity that is illegal under applicable law.
— Host, link to, or route traffic to content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other
proprietary rights, or that is defamatory, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful.
— Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or metering features of the Service, including
plan limits, rate limits, and the abuse-reporting system, or probe, scan, or test the
vulnerability of the Service without written permission.
— Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service or its networks, or upload
material containing viruses or any other harmful code.
— Systematically scrape or harvest data from the Service, resell or white-label the Service
without our written agreement, or use the Service to build a competing product.
— Submit false or bad-faith reports through our abuse channel, or harass our staff.
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or remove individual domains, revoke their certificates, suspend accounts, or terminate the relationship — where practical we will notify you first, but we may act without notice where required by law or to protect the Service, other customers, or the public. We may report unlawful activity to law enforcement.
No refunds on abuse suspension. If your account, subscription, or domains are suspended or terminated for violating this section, fees already paid are forfeited and no refund or credit is owed for any unused portion of the billing term, except where a refund is required by law (see Section 8).
6. Domains, DNS, and certificates
TLS certificates are issued by third-party certificate authorities (currently Let's Encrypt, and optionally ZeroSSL or Google Trust Services) under their respective subscriber agreements, which you accept when the Service requests certificates for your domains. Issued certificates appear in public Certificate Transparency logs — this is inherent to how publicly trusted HTTPS certificates work and cannot be undone. Certificate-authority rate limits apply and are outside our control.
When you connect a DNS provider or delegate a validation CNAME, you authorize us to create and modify only the DNS records needed to validate, issue, renew, and route your domains. DNS provider credentials are encrypted at rest and used solely for those operations. Certificates you import yourself remain your responsibility to renew; certificates you export are your responsibility to protect.
7. Fees and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe; we accept the payment methods Stripe supports for your region. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes, which will be added where we are required to collect them. Paid plans and add-ons are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You agree to keep your billing information current and authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for all fees due.
Plan and add-on entitlements (domains, bandwidth, requests, nodes, dedicated IPs) are described on the pricing page. We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice before your next renewal; we reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even if payment has been requested or received. Discount codes are applied at checkout and are subject to the limits (expiry, redemption caps) stated when issued.
8. Plan changes, cancellation, and refunds
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges; downgrades require your usage to fit the target plan's limits first. Cancellation stops future renewals — paid features remain available until the end of the current paid term, except that cancelling to the free plan takes effect immediately.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. In particular, no refund or credit is owed for any billing term during which your account or domains were suspended or terminated for violating the acceptable-use rules in Section 5. When a plan lapses or is downgraded, domains beyond the remaining entitlements are suspended; if the plan is not restored within the grace period (currently 7 days), their certificates are revoked at the certificate authority and the domains are archived, freeing the hostnames. Bandwidth and request limits are monitored rather than hard-enforced; sustained or egregious excess use may result in throttling, a required upgrade, or suspension after notice.
9. Fair use
Plans described as "unlimited" are subject to fair use. The Freedom plan carries a fair-use ceiling (currently 2,000 active domains per workspace) intended to prevent abusive automation, not ordinary business use. We will contact you before enforcing fair-use limits against a legitimate workload.
10. Bring Your Own Node
On plans that allow it, you may run the Twins Proxy node agent on servers you control. You are solely responsible for those servers: their security, their legality in the jurisdiction where they run, their bandwidth and hosting costs, and the traffic they serve. Node credentials are issued per node and must not be shared. A node that loses contact with the control plane stops serving after its configuration lease expires (default 24 hours). Removing a node is permanent; its credential cannot be re-attached. We may disable a node that we reasonably believe is compromised or violating these Terms.
11. Abuse reports and enforcement
Anyone can report a domain served through the Service at /abuse. We review reports promptly and may suspend domains that violate Section 5 pending investigation. Knowingly filing false reports is itself a violation of these Terms.
12. Intellectual property
The Service — including its software, source code, design, text, and graphics (the "Content") and the Twins Proxy name and logos (the "Marks") — is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or reverse engineer its software except as permitted by applicable law.
You retain all rights to your domains, your origin content, and your configuration. You grant us only the rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf — for example, requesting certificates for your domains and proxying traffic to your origins.
13. Feedback
Questions, comments, suggestions, or other feedback about the Service that you send us are non-confidential. We may use them for any lawful purpose without acknowledgment or compensation to you.
14. Third-party services and websites
The Service depends on and may link to third-party services — including certificate authorities, DNS providers, Stripe, and Cloudflare — and your origins may link anywhere. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms. In particular, purchases and payment data are handled by Stripe under Stripe's terms and privacy policy.
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use personal data and is incorporated into these Terms. The Service is hosted and operated from infrastructure in the United States and Europe; by using the Service you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States.
16. Term and termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access, without liability, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees when due, or where required by law — including denying access to any person for any lawful reason. Upon termination your proxied domains stop being served and their certificates may be revoked; export anything you need first. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 12, 13, and 17–21) survive.
If we terminate your account for breach, you may not register a new account without our written permission.
17. Modifications and interruptions
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim for high availability, but the Service may be interrupted by maintenance, hardware or software problems, or events beyond our control, and is provided without a formal SLA at this stage. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or discontinuance, and nothing in these Terms obligates us to maintain or support the Service.
18. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, THAT CERTIFICATES WILL ISSUE WITHIN ANY PARTICULAR TIME, OR THAT ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE (INCLUDING CERTIFICATE AUTHORITIES AND DNS PROVIDERS) WILL PERFORM. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR ERRORS OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OUR SERVERS, INTERRUPTION OF TRANSMISSION, OR HARMFUL CODE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
19. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOSS OF DATA — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
20. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless — including our affiliates and our respective officers, members, agents, and employees — from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of: (1) the domains you add and the content served through them; (2) your use of the Service; (3) your breach of these Terms or of your representations and warranties; (4) your violation of the rights of a third party, including intellectual-property and privacy rights; or (5) traffic served from nodes you operate. We reserve the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to this indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.
21. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Techies365 LLC irrevocably consent that the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service, and you waive any objection to venue in those courts. Each party retains the right to seek injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property or confidential information in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, any claim must be brought within six (6) months after it arises, and disputes shall be resolved individually — not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.
22. Electronic communications
Visiting the Service, sending us email, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. You consent to the use of electronic signatures and records for transactions initiated or completed through the Service.
23. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies posted on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver. If any provision is held unlawful or unenforceable, it is severable and the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms; you may not assign yours without our written consent. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms creates any joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.
